You can get a free estimate by filling out our online form, calling us at (618) 946-8992, or emailing us. We respond within 24 hours — usually much faster. For larger or long-distance moves, we may do a brief virtual or in-person onsite assessment to give you the most accurate number.
Our estimates are provided in good faith based on the information you give us — similar to how a car dealership works. The final price may adjust if your actual inventory differs significantly from what was originally described. That's why we recommend an in-person onsite estimate for larger jobs, which allows us to give you the most accurate number possible. We'll always be transparent about any changes before we start.
Yes, local moves have a 2-hour minimum. There's no deposit required to book, though we may ask for a credit card to hold your date during busy seasons. Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice are always free.
The more prepared you are, the faster and smoother your move will go. We recommend boxing up loose items before we arrive, labeling boxes with room names, setting aside anything you don't want moved, and clearing a path from your front door to the main rooms. If we're packing for you, just make sure we have access to every area of the home.
Absolutely. Our team arrives with floor runners, door frame protectors, and furniture padding as standard equipment. We protect both your old home and your new one. If you have hardwood floors, let us know and we'll bring extra protection.
We accept: Cash, Cashier's Check, Credit/Debit Card, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Apple Pay, and Chime. Payment is due at the completion of your move. For long-distance moves, we may require a partial deposit at booking.
We discuss these factors during your estimate so there are no surprises. Stairs, long walks from truck to door, and elevator coordination may affect time and cost. We factor these in upfront rather than adding fees at the end.
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance for long-distance moves, especially during summer (May–September) when demand is highest. That said, we can often accommodate shorter timelines — contact us and we'll do our best.
Transit time depends on distance. For moves up to 500 miles, delivery is typically 1–3 days. For cross-country moves, allow 5–10 business days. We'll provide a delivery window at booking and keep you updated throughout.

Our Crew Leaders are the backbone of every job. You'll drive the truck, lead the crew on-site, communicate with customers, and make sure every move runs smoothly from start to finish. If you take pride in your work and can keep a team focused, this role is for you.

Crew Member
